STA
series of photoelectric protection devices are developed and developed
by foreign advanced technology. They have high safety. All products have
passed European CE safety certification (EN60950-1, EN55022, EN 61000,
EN550240), in line with international standards. The
Electrical Engineering Society of the IEC61496-1/2 standard class 4
safety level; STA series photoelectric protection device has a
transmitter and receiver, and a controller, which can effectively detect
any opaque objects that enter the light curtain area beyond the
detection accuracy. Mainly used for forging
presses, mechanical presses, pneumatic punching machines, high-speed
punching machines, hydraulic presses, hydraulic presses, shearing
machines, injection molding machines, presses, creasing machines (slot
machines), stretching machines, leather machinery, etc. Mechanical
equipment; with the machine control system to control the automatic
shutdown function when dangerous conditions are realized.
The STA series has the following features:
※ Self-test function is perfect: When it is faulty, make sure that no error signal is sent to the controlled device.
※
Strong anti-interference ability: pulse signal output mode, good
anti-interference ability for electromagnetic signal, stroboscopic
light, welding arc, and surrounding light source.
※With main controller: It can directly load high power. Has a shielded grating sensor function.
※Easy
to install and debug: It is equipped with controller mainframe and all
the aviation socket design of the connecting line. The grating sensor is
connected with the controller through the aviation socket connecting
line, which can be accurately, quickly and easily loaded and unloaded,
and the wiring is simpler.
※ Self-fault
detection function: Self-test is performed when the power is turned on
(within 2 seconds) to confirm the presence or absence of a malfunction. In addition, self-test (reaction time) is periodically performed during normal work.
※Through
the European CE safety certification (EN60950-1, EN55022, EN 61000,
EN550240), it meets the four safety levels of the International
Electrotechnical Institute IEC61496-1/12 standard.
